MetroPCS does have one feature that offers summarized billing online
, but the draw back is you can only see the calls/messages one way. You can only see your own. I`m not sure if it shows the number as I have subscribed to this service twice and never checked it, but the 2nd go round when I called customer care how exactly to check
( I needed it for court),I was informed that only the outgoing calls
would show and I paid somewhere around $3.00 a month for it. This was about 3-6 months ago and they may have upgraded this service. I guess it would be good for someone your keeping up with that may be deleting their calls
. You must go through customer care to get the feature added to the phone
. The easiest way I have found to get them on the phone
is, #1-call 1-888-8-metro-8. #2-do not answer or speak during the automated ladies questions , #3-after she says shes having trouble hearing you 4 or 5 times, she will say ARE YOU STILL THERE? PRESS 1, then press 1. Then be quite again until a customer service rep. answers the phone
! PS. It is free to pay yr bill this way instead of the "inconvenience fee" through the automated system that takes just as long if not longer!!!
