hey, the new itouches are suppossed to be coming out this fall, so around the months of september to november, which is around three to five months from now. There is no official release date for when the new itouches are coming out quite yet, but if apple will announce when the new itouches are coming out they will announce it on their website, over at http.//www.apple.com and that`s where you will always find new information about new itouches coming out or other products which are produced by apple

Your lost iPod can be traced but only if you had taken precautions prior to losing it. This includes installing a freeware program called iPod tracker. An iPod can also be traced if you use Apple`s Mobile Me program. This service will track your lost or stolen iPod and report where it is used. It can also remotely wipe your iPod to make sure that your sensitive data can be hidden.

Q. Can you get cought jail breaking itouches or have you ever?
i have an argument with my teacher about getting caught jail breaking itouches. i say that you can not get cought if you do it one time. his side of the argument is that everything is going to be traced and that they are going to burn everyone that does it very soon. i say you cannot get cought doing it.

The only way you could get caught is if your ISP for whatever reason tracked you downloading the files necessary for the jailbreaking process. Once it's on your computer, it is virtually impossible to catch you INSTALLING it. However, of course there is a possibility that someone out in public notices that you have a jailbroken iPod. This is really the only way that anyone could confirm that your iTouch is jailbroken. Hope you win the argument :) I love having debates with my teachers
