Ok I just graduated my CNA Program & passed my state exams. I am now certified & currently looking for a job in either a nursing home preferably a hospital. But with no experiance & a misdemeanor petty theft back in Feb2007 I can`t seem to land a job. I was never in trouble before this I have grown up alot and learned a valuable lesson...."Don`t take anything that don`t belong to you". No matter what!!! I was 29 when this happend I took $32.00 of food. I want to get into a VN or RN Program but my question is will it be a waste of time ? Seriously will someone ever hire a CNA or LVN/RN with a misdemeanor petty theft?

No, they should tell you if you have the job after the 2nd one. If they said they`ll contact you later. Then most likely no.

You didnt get the job if they tell you they are going to call back..they offer the 2nd interview then and there...but yea call and check,,,thats business

hi i was called yesterday to schedule my 3rd interview and it would be a phone interview, the store manager said the 1st and 2nd interviews went great and they loved me and i had nothing to worry about. well today at the scheduled time no one called its been 7 hrs and still no call does this mean i didnt get the job

Background checks only takes 10 minutes. I just got hired at JCP,and run the background check ASAP,just give your DL# and your SSS,and everything will be taken care of by the JCP Training Manager.hope this will help.

nope...if you are what they want they will call you...if they dont call it is because they are not interested. If something goes wrong like your references dident go through...and they are interested in you they will contact you to fix the issue
