My son is applying for full legal custody because my grandaughter is being abused in different ways at her mothers house. Her mother does a lot of d? - The judge wouldn`t sign the papers and my grandaugter is being picked up be her hair and ears when she doesn`t listen. Mom is never home as she sells drugs, does them and all. We have involved CPS and the DA`s office. They made us take her back to a abusive place. What can we do court isn`t until the 29th of this month. My son and the childs mother had half custody for years. Her mother went and got full custody by claiming she didn`t know where my son was and we had the same address for years. So so got full custody with no visitation and now we have to wait for court until the 29th. Beside having welfare checks all the time and calling CPS is there anything else we can do?
