If you want to ask that then how to secretly view my laptop webcam remotely let me tell you that it really depend on you how much you would like to do that and if you are dying to do that than let me tell you that there are no direct software out there to do what you want to as far as i know but you can ask a programmer to design a software as you like to view your laptop cam secretly and remotely and i suggest you post a project for your software on vworker or frelancer.
