You need to open You`re tv and search near where the Power cord ends inside tv and you`ll find a glass tube fuse, also you going to need a Ohm meter to check fuse or just simple look at it if the thin wire inside is melted or cuted

Houses nowadays don`t have fuses. They have breakers. Breakers don`t blow, they trip. Go to your electric panel and see if the breaker has been tripped and just flip it back to on. If you live a really old house that actually still has fuses, got to your fuse box and inspect the fuses. i believe that if one is blown, it will appear kind of black inside. To replace it, just unscrew it and replace with the same type of fuse.I hope my answer will help you a lot.

I`m only a mild mannered repair guy but in general you need to find out why you are tripping the fuse in the first place. This could be many reasons but here`s a few: in older homes the wiring just may need to be replaced, to many large electrical units pulling high amps on the same circuit, faulty appliances, or the too much of a load in general on the same circuit for example two rooms on the same circuit. To check these are pretty simple. You`ll want to check for a lot of heat being given off the wiring or appliances, also you can trip the fuse yourself and simply wal around with a nightlight and see how many outlets are on a single circuit. One problem with just increasing the amperage is that the 20 rating is given to prevent the wires from overheating inside your walls and causing a fire. So really the best thing to do is call an electrician. But if you`re sure it is simply due to fact that many outlets are on the same circuit, upgrading from a 20 amp to a 30 only takes about an hour to replace but make sure to be careful and that all your smoke alarms work.
