to view your actual camera take a picture of it and save it on something such as tiny pic.com. Here you can go home just about anywhere and see the same picture as long as you remember the actual url of said picture.

Go to the video, and hold the center button.
Click delete.
And you're done.

plug it in to itunes and go to the video on your ipod then right click
and then click delete

go to the main menu and click on videos then click on camera videos then select a video that you want to delete and hold down the middle button until the menu drops down and either select delete or delete all
