How do you delete videos you made on video ipod nano? Would someone consider giving me a hand or at least some advice based on their experience? What are the pros and cons I should be looking out for?

you just gotta uncheck the box in the sync menu. deleting them on the ipod may not work if it has synced them on the computer too. It is just copying them back again.

you need to sync your ipod again it has a file button at the top go to like the 3rd button from the bottom it should say sync (your computer account name)'s here click that
