All of our products feature a manufacture code
that indicates the date the product was made and is located on the side of the lid. It might look something like this 0 122 004 0321. The first number represents the year it was made. For instance, the 0 in our example code
means it was made in 2010. A number 9 would mean it was made in 2009, and so on. The next three numbers represent the day of the year the product was made. In our example, the 122 (or one hundred and twenty second day) is May 2
. The remaining numbers are plant codes, which have nothing to do with the date.
Our Adams Natural Peanut Butter has a nine month shelf life. We do not recommend using this product past nine months after it is produced
