Deleting a video from an ipod nano is very easy, u can delete through itunes or you can open the video Menu from the Main menu in your ipod, select a video to be deleted, hold and press down the center button and when the option comes to delete, select that option. you just gotta uncheck the box in the sync menu. deleting them on the ipod may not work if it has synced them on the computer too. It is just copying them back again.

you need to sync your ipod again it has a file button at the top go to like the 3rd button from the bottom it should say sync (your computer account name)'s here click that
