If the files are on iTunes, then you should easily be able to reset the unit and start over. Sometimes, the iPod does this and a simple reset will do the trick. But you will lose all info on your iPod in the process. So, as long as you have all the files on iTunes, you should be ok.

 Q. How do you delete videos off your ipod nano? how do you delete videos off your ipod nano? cuz i want more memory and the videos take up a lot of stuff
"If you are talking about videos you recorded..."
If you are talking about videos you recorded, hold down the middle button then press delete
If you meant Videos as in movies, when your ipods plugged in click on the ipod icon, then go to videos, and make sure its not automatically set to sync ALL your videos. Then just uncheck the ones you don't want
