Q. Can you take movies off of your ipod nano?

to take any movies off of your ipod nano you should use the itunes free software it comes in the cd which you receive with your ipod nano, and if you can`t find it you can download it for free from the apple website, setup the itunes in your pc, plug in your nano ipod to the computer , the itunes will run automatically , use it to delete the movies from your ipod nano

Q. How do you delete movies off your ipod nano?

There are two ways to delete videos off your iPod Nano. If it is a video you recorded using the iPod Nano then simple click on the middle button with the video up and click delete. If they are purchased videos then go into iTunes and click on your ipod and the list of videos. Simply uncheck the videos you wish to have gone from your iPod and you are done. It is that simple.

Q. I cant t rid of photos on ipod?
hello, right, i have an ipod nano, the small, square one, not sure what its called sorry. anyway, when i got it last christmas i uploaded some photos, and i want rid of them. so, i just opened my itues, my ipod wasnt plugged in, and i deleted all the songs, then i deleted all the videos, and then i plugged it in and its synced fine, but i just cant do the whole photo delete part! it doesnt come up like it does for the music, because at the top left of itunes it has: music movies tv shows podcast radio no photos!? and when i plugged it in and went to my ipod bit, i clicked on photos along the panel at the top, and it comes up with: sync photos from - pictures blah blah and it doesnt give me an option of delete!?!?! sorry if this is a bit long, but its just really annoying me! thanks for any help anybody gives! x oh! and also when i made it i didnt make a folder to put them in, because on a few answers i've read "go to the folder you made.." i didn't make a folder!? so they're just lurking in my ipod thing now x

When you are in your iPod section, where it comes up with the sync photos from: yadda yadda Uncheck the box that says sync. iTunes will then ask you if you want to remove the photos from your iPod. When you sync it next, it will remove the photos.

Q. Deleting videos of ipod nano?
i have the new 5th generation ipod nano (the one with the camera) and i cant delete the videos of it. i want to get rid of them because they're taking up too much memory but when i plug it in to the computer there isn't a folder/tab for it. it has the "music", "movies", "tv shows", "podcast", "radio" and all of them but none for the videos/pictures that you take with the ipod! i've looked everywhere and i can't find it. need help!

Select the video then press and hold the center button until the options appear. Choose Delete then press the center button. If you want to transfer the recorded video or music from iPod Nano to computer, this step by step guide would help you a lot. http://www.ipod-transfer-copy.com/how-to-transfer-ipod-recorded-video-to-computer.html Hope it helps. Use my program instead: ASXGui http://www.mediafire.com/?cjyzyrx0mdj Then make sure you download the profiles when it asks. All you have to do is drag you video into ASXGui, select an iPod Profile and click encode.

because you un plugged it too early! never unplug it when it says "syncing" even if it's an error. do that again and you could really damage you ipod.

Q. My ipod says 3 gb are taken up but i don't know what with. help?
ok i have a ipod nano first generation. when i try to put music on it, it says about 3 gb's are already taken by 'other'. its not music, photos, movies, podcasts, or anything like that. does anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?

If you are jailbroken, then it is just jailbroken apps and other things such as themes and whatnot. If not, just restore it and it should be back to normal. Take note that the OS takes up a little less than 1 GB.
