Hi my name is Jansen, I need help and maybe you can help me. Anyway, here`s the details of my story. In Feb. 2009 I was in Doha, Qatar working as an waiter in a casual restaurant. But sad to say I was sent to jail of Oct 2009, because they found out that my girlfriend is pregnant and were not married yet. (My girlfriend was working there too) Both of us didn`t know that we have a baby, until her boss sent her to hospital for general check up because she was sick and they`re trying to investigate what is the cause, until they found out the she`s pregnant. So were both sent in jail that month After 3 weeks they sent us out of the jail without formal exit like signing papers, etc. And they said that we need to go back in our accommodation. When we got back, my boss tells us that we have 24 hours to get out of the country, I don`t know the reason why we only have 24 hours and they didn`t tell me the details. So my boss was preparing my papers for the exit in Qatar and going back home here in Philippines. By the way, My girlfriend was work as an personal beverage attendant of one of the Sheikh (brother of the King of Qatar) and my boss told us that Sheikh was the one who help us and letting us out in the jail but he gave us 24 hours to get out of the count. We left Qatar on October 30, 2009. I was wondering why they throw us out in the country? I`m not Muslim yet but I was trying to embrace and understand their religion and I"m also willing to marry my girlfriend and take care of our baby while working in Qatar... But still I was wondering why? Why their giving us 24 hours only? Maybe the Sheikh did something illegal without the knowledge of the office of the prosecutor, and made a trick on the police data base to erase our record temporarily, so that we can exit the country. If they erase our record permanently, they will allow us to stay on the country without 24hours limit. right? so that`s why I was thinking they erase our record temporarily only. In short, there`s a possibility that we still have a police record in Qatar. right? But I`m worried that they will ban us or arrest us in all of the country of the middle east. Because, I finished studying Culinary Arts and I`m planning to work in the middle east, just to have an work experience in a 5 star hotel. If I work here in our country, they allow only us for only 6 months contract and it`s hard to apply because they required 2yrs of experience of the same level. And that`s why I decide to work in middle east because they don`t need experience, they need graduates. If I`m gonna apply in other country I need to spend a lot of money, ranging 100 thousand to 500 thousand pesos and that is a lot of money to us. But If I work in middle east , it`s cheaper around 5 thousand to 15 thousand only for the processing fee.
