Of course it is. All you need is to make sure the owner gives you the iTunes application installer too any all other drivers the iPod may come with. For Ipods and usually all other APPle products, they have iTunes application to sync with in order to move, delete or upload and download any media you need like music, pictures or videos or documents. All you need is the cable to connect your iPod to the computer. John Russel
