your claim is only as good as the man who sold it to you. there is usally an overage they dont tell you like debris clean up removal go get 2 esta and turn them in, they cut the check to u , and you clean your self then there is usally a advancement within 24-48 hrs for clothing for u and your family, now the dwelling and mortage may take additional time, but you can push for hotel advancemant and debris clean up. this they dont tell u you gotta ask

if an arson burn dowm and you want know wether it is cover in fire insurence or not that is i think you to mention while takin insurance but my suggestion is that you should call on customer care service center from which you have taken insurance so they can advice you well and if it is yes then will suggest you how to claim it

It is not easy to get away with home insurance fraud because the insurance companies have very good investigation teams what will bring out the truth one way or the other and if caught they will prosecute you and do remember they have very good lawyers too so its better to be honest and only claim for what it is right.only that can lead to a healthy community.Jason White

You mean to say what happens if you have fire insurance and you have not used it. The answer is a bit too simple. The insurance will expire one day and it is not obligatory to use it. It is a facility which you may use in case of emergency. The insurance company will payout the money as soon as the house is burnt and there are some solid proofs. Hope it helped.

if arson really caused the house to burn down then the question is will the insurance company pay out for arson for the damages that he caused ?the answer simply is no why the insurance company pays if something happened accidentally if it is fire then he will be the person who will be held responsible but it also depends on the way the insurance company will carry out the investigations and recommend the answer.

WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY IS THE OWNER REMOVE THE GAS PIPES WITHOUT LEGAL PERMIT BY THE CITY SO US THE TENANT COULD BUT ARE DRYER OUTSIDE. BUT SHE NEVER INSTALLED A POWER OUTLET OUTSIDE TO PLUG IN THE DRYER. WE NEEDED TO RUN IT THRIUGHT THE EXHAUST HOLE INTO THE KITCHEN AND PLUG IN TO WHERE IT ORIGINAL LAGALLY SHOULD BE IN, SO THE CORD SOMEHOW TOUCHED THE GAS PIPES AND START THE FIRE UP. I LIVED AT THIS HOME FOR 31/2 YRS . BUT DONT YOU THINK BECAUSE SHE DID NOT HAD THE PROPER LEGAL PERMITED AND SAFETY 1/2 WAY DONE REPLACENT JOB DONE . THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED.

As all insurance policies are different, and we are not in the insurance business, I am unable to answer this question for you with certainty. Per our service manager, the National Electrical Code changes every 3 years, as well as, most state codes, so very few existing homes are actually "up to code" at any given point in time. The National Electrical Code, as well as most state codes (which are generally based upon National Electrical Code with amendments) doesn`t require that you bring an existing home up to the latest code each time it changes. It does specify that it meet the code that was in place at the time of construction, and that any new work being done should meet the current National Electrical Code Standards. From my own personal experience, I found out that most insurance companies will not provide coverage on a home that has a "fuse box and fuses, rather than a breaker box, and I heard somewhere that some insurance companies are picky about covering a house that has an older wiring style called "knob and tube. " I do also know from personal experience that if your electrical system has been upgraded recently (exact time frames vary by insurance company) that many insurance companies offer discounted premiums. I suggest that you check with some insurance agents if you have policy coverage questions, or questions about discounts for upgrading an electrical system. I haven`t had a fire or anything but I need to buy house insurance that will cover me even though I know some of the wiring in the house is not to code. Its not really bad or anything but I would hate to pay all those premiums and if there is a fire I get nothing. Any light you could shed or where I can go to get good insurance would be much appreciated.

i think state farm fire requires two month minium for pay out renters claim because first they will inquire about claim that there is no fault in claim or do fire pursosefully and after get surety they will pay out renter claim and for make sure your self you can ask in that office they will give you excat time and will help you in that
