I worked in Dubai for 5yrs, last March our company get a project in Qatar and I was assigned there and my company cancelled my visa in Dubai and I have now Qatar Works Visa, my querry is that I have a loans and credit cards that I wasn`able to pay for the last two months. There is a possibilities that banks from Dubai can request the Qatar Immigration to extradite me to Dubai? I am now in Pakistan for a very important matter to attend to. I am sure your emplyees would burst in joy at the good news but you have to think for the long term. It depends on what you understand by "outstanding". It sounds like a little bit too much over the average emplyer which means you targets will not be accomplished by most of them even though they will pun a lot of work and effort into it. This will result in unwanted overwork, exhaustion and frustrations. If you set some high standards try to set them so they wouldnt look like impossible to comply to. Leo Collins

Yes all calls to a police department can be tracked.. It will go off of GPS location, the same way they can tell where a pic was taken by the GPS location is the same way they can track the call...

Yes you can. That`s what i do but i have when i resigned in Qatar but i waited for my working visa in Abu Dhabi before i leave...it took me 1 month more but i was able to do it. Am sure even visit visa is possible...
