It does not matter what you are asking for. The only thing the company will pay for is the goods you have lost in case it proves to the investigation that the house burnt down due to an accident and not your fault. Like all insurances, it will only cover a limited amount of money since it depends on your contract clause or anything related. I wrecked a company truck. what should i do next? yes i had permission to drive a company vehicle. and i did wreck it(and it gets worse) a another driver was in the accident. right now noone has contacted me besides my bosses insurence company. should i pay for the truck i wrecked? should i pay for the car? what do i do to help resolve the situation. the wreck was 2 months ago shouldnt i have heard of what im suppose to do? and am i gona be fired? the fired part is gona really hurt , how am i gona pay for the truck, if im fired.

Q. Truck wont start? i have a 2006 dodge 1500 quad cab that somebody tried to steal last wensday it has a anti theft device lucky for me because they did get inside and from what the police told me they used what they call a jiggler key but it didnt start now the proplem is i cant even start my truck with my key that has achip inside`i get power to the fuse box but my brake lights dont work my headlights dont work iam waiting for my lame ass insurence company to get back with me so in the mean time iam without a vehicle i dont know a whole lot about these new vehicles but the older one if you had fire gas and copression then it would start but my dodge has a brain or what some people call the main computer and i was told it had to be reprogramed can somebody tell me if thats true and should i go head and call atow truck
It sounds like they blew the main power fuse. Check all of your fuses and relays. If everything there is ok, then have it towed. The ECM (main computer) might need to be reprogrammed like you said......that is possible after you check everything else first.

Healthcare ?????????????????? why r cons so down on "socialized" healthcare when we have "socialized" firemen, "socialized" police and "socialized" schools. what i mean is that why should we not have government-run heathcare when all those things i just mentioned are government run. insurence companies want to make a profit and not help you. in england and france they have great government run healthcare so why can't we. like insurence companies find ways to not help you. if your house was on fire would the fire dept. not put out your fire because the fire was caused by a prexisting condition on your house??? no they would put out the fire. why cant healthcare be that way???

i'm 14 years old, and my mom and dad aren't really that wealthy, and never have been (wait yes we have, but that was before we moved). but about 2 years ago my dad got layed off, and then we have had money trouble ever since. now my mom might get fired b/c of her company she works for got sold and she's scared everyone is gonna get fired. i'm so scared if she gets fired we'll be screwed and we'll have to move and i can't move. i love my friends too much. my dad can't work, his broke is broken slightly and now he can't work anywhere that pays well. i'm scared
my brother might go to jail for driving without insurense! he had insurence! he bought the car, then the insurence, then he drove. well i guess the f*c*u*k*i*n*g insurense didn't start working till the next day! and he got pulled over and he got arrested. now if he doesn't get his ged or whatever they're called he will go to jail for 3 months. he can't go to jail! i'm so scared he'll go away and get raped and become addicted to drugs again or something or kill himself. i can't have him go away. he's not trying to get his ged, he was terrible at high school and he hates school. he says he wont pass. i was never close to him ever since he was addicted to drugs when he was 15-17 (now he's 19). so i can't talk to him, bc i don't want to get him mad.
my best friend mom is in the hospital. she had an anoroisym and the vessel didn't pop thank god, but she had surgery yesterday and i don't know whats going on anymore. i know shes ok, but she doesn't have health insurence so that's going to be like hundereds of thousands of dollars, and the hospital she's staying at is so fancy!
i have gained 20 pounds within the year. i feel so fat! i have tried starving myself, throwing up my food, working out, eating right. everything and i can't keep motivated. i am getting more fat
i might fail the 8th grade. i can not fail the eight grade. i'm so scared because i hate school! like with a passion. if i have to go to that school another year i will get a rope and hang myself no joke. :(

things are hard right now but they will get better believe me it happens all at once i know but you will see the brighter side of things soon enough im sory about everything thats going on with your life right now i was going to say to try and get a job but you are too young. just try to help around the house as much as possible to keep your spirits up as well as your families. as far as the weight thing i gained 40 unwanted lbs over the year and i cant get them off i feel horrible its hard to lose weight you just need to really stick to a diet. i know when things are tough you just want to eat and i know from experience but i find that when i eat fruits or veggies when im sad it actally brings my spirits up because the vitamins in the foods make you happier than a bag of chis that will just make you feel sick. so eat right.

Wow, you have had a lot to go through in such a small amount of time.
I was actually shaking just reading all that. No wonder you are shaking. I feel so sorry for you having to go through all that. =\
You have all the right to be scared. I mean, you're worried about your mom losing her job, your brother going to jail, your best friends mom almost dying, gaining those pounds, failing in school. If you look at them one by one, they're not that big of a deal, but if you sum them all up, this is one heck of a thing to deal with. As you said, you can only handle so much and that is more true than ever.
Have you tried letting those emotional all out? Do you cry alot or do you get angry at times? Letting it all out is one of the ways to releive the pressure that is on you right now.
Talking to people helps a lot. Especially those that can help you. I can offer you my help, I mean, I can talk to you, cheer you up, even counsel you a bit, but if you really want help, you should go to a counselor. Your school counselor is probably a good place to start, even though this is not entirely school related. But if you mention it to your school counselor, he or she can perhaps help you out. They know who to go to if you have problems and they know people that can really help you.
Don't be afraid to go to counselors or psychiatrists or anything like that. Those people are there to help you. You can poor your heart out, get rid of all the bad feelings, pick up school again, pick up your life.
You are not failing 8th grade! You can do it. Come on, I know you can. I understand you are going through a hard/rough time, but once you have talked to someone, you can start to think of ways to get your schoolwork better. Your class teacher may be of help, maybe someone else at school can help you with the subject you have a hard time with.
Most important of all is: Don't hurt yourself and keep believing you can do it. Believe in yourself, honey! Tell yourself you CAN do it. You will succeed and you will only be mentally stronger because of all of this crap happening to you now. One you get to know how to handle these situations, you will feel much better.
So please talk to someone, your class teacher, a counselor, anyone. You can even talk to me. But do talk to someone. It helps. =)

Harrassment at work from a comp case settled 2-3 yrs ago.who protects me from this.lots of firing on my job? since injuried at work i am on family medical leave on & off.i get steriod injections in my lower back every 6mnthsin a series of 3 every 2weeks.back has gotten worse, now where a back brace.have lost weight & had breast reduction to ease pain ,some morning i can't get out of bed to walk.feels like bicyle chan that islocked.causing me at time unable to get to work.l am now being told i have to get permission in advance to have this treatmnt done.i pay insurence & disability insurance.when they sent me to company doctor & he found out this wasn't a workmans' comp hedidn't seem to know why i was there.i have asked several times to have my seat moved as i get kicked in the chair a minimum of 3xs daily.anyhel,p out there
Seek legal advice. I mean if your gonna loose your job anyway and maybe your home for lack of money. What have you got to loose? Your kids could starve you could loose everything you own. Do something before that happens. They company will be heartbroken I'm sure!!!!!! Most of them couldn't care less about there people, and will try to get you to quit or mess up so they can terminate your employment. Seen it to many times. Just ask a lawyer about you case, they don't have to know you asked them. The lawyer will tell you if you even have a chance. Won't cost to ask!
