Because of that, we don`t have an official release day but it seems that the next generation of ipad is going to be available in 2011. They are trying to make as much profit as possible from the launching of their new generation of ipad devices so 2011 may be the best year for them.

Q. Will there be a new itouch coming? i know right now the itouches are 2nd generation or something. but despite that, will there be any new itouches coming? and if so, what will be the new features? and will the price of the current itouch be lowerd? thanks!
we are currently on the 3rd generation. there will almost certainly be a 4th generation in September. the current prices might be lowered slightly but not much. As for features, it's all hearsay at this point.

How come you can't charge itouches with a wall plug? i just got one and it didnt come with one. so i tried using my old ipod's charger and it says that it doesnt work with it and i have to connect it to my computer. wtf. why would they make it like that? isnt the point of it to be portable from the computer?
wtf. we're supposed to pay extra $ for this. it's already so expensive
Due to the changes in the software the new iPod Touch is not compatible with any of the old chargers. Sadly you will have to purchase a new wall charger if you need one to work with your new iPod.

Q. Do itouches come with warranties? my mom just dropped her new itouch and the screen cracked. it still works but we still want to know if apple provides a waranty on their merchandise so we can get a new one or have it fixed or something.
The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only. Even an extended service plan doesn't cover that unless you bought additional coverage for accidental damage. She'll have to have it repaired at her own expense.

Q. Do itouches come with insurance? my little cousin got water on my itouch and it stopped working i got it for christmas so thats about four months do they come with insurance if they do what do i do?
I assume you mean iPod touch, or maybe iPhone? They come with a 1 year warranty from Apple so you should be ok as long as there is no damage.

Is the upgrade to a 3rd gen itouch worth it? i have the 1st gen itouch, and when i heard about the new itouches coming out, i was heartbroken =..(. lol, but is the upgrade worth it , i heard they have speakers which is freakin nice, and tht everything is like 50 % faster ( oppening, and loading apps and such). is there a way i could trade in my itouch for a discount off this new one? thanks alot, i want the speakers so bad !
