your best bet is to take a part that has the paint on it into the paint shop,and they have a way to match that exact color as close as possible. however,even if the color is the same, its the process you use to paint it that will determine how well it matches. if you do it right ,youll not hardly be able to tell if at all,but if you do it wrong itll look like a patch. get a friend or family who knows how to do it.

I'm NOT positive, but I think if the phone you buy is a smartphone, you'll need to get the extra plan no matter what. If you buy a touchscreen dumbphone like an LG Voyager (just an example, not sure if it would work on Alltel), you wouldn't need the extra plan.

Wal-Mart, and Pep-Boys both sell automotive paint, and they stock it by year, make, and model, so you should be able to find something like "00-05 Jeep Forest Green" or whatever. Unless you live in a blue state that has made selling automotive paint illegal... then you might have to order online from Ebay.

It depends on where you live. I live in canada. I cant buy any apps w/ a gift card because it has something to do w/ our law. I can only get songs,videos,movies ect. Unless i use Visa or Mastercard to buy the apps.
